This 3-session series offers a new way of looking at behavior by asking, “What is this behavior telling me?” rather than simply, “How do I stop it?”

Together, we'll explore how to:

1. Understand: What might be happening underneath the behavior?

2. Connect: How can connection and felt safety support regulation?

3. Respond: How can we respond with connection, regulation, and appropriate boundaries?

This series is about developing a new lens for understanding your child's behavior, your own responses, and the relationship between you, not just adding another list of strategies to your parenting toolbox.
